BARREL OF MONKEYS: "GENESIS" in Reverse

I consider myself a Democrat. Been called a Socialist. Definitely a bleeding heart liberal.

As a child from a traditional southern family, playing Barrel of Monkeys on the floor, church every Sunday, doing well in public school, learning a trade; in every sense privileged .........

Comfortable in middle age, an avid news reader, on learning the tragic story of a full grown chimpanzee destroying the face of a woman who offered a toy, only trying to help it's owner coax her surrogate child back into his cage......

Today being confrontational, ribald, offensive, restless, rebellious.......

How did I get here from there?

Students, police clash as UK approves tuition hike - Yahoo! News

 "Camilla!
She worked hard for her money and deserves to keep it!"

Could we say that?

Students, police clash as UK approves tuition hike - Yahoo! News: "Camilla later managed to shrug off the ordeal, saying there was 'a first time for everything,' the Press Association news agency reported."

Was in New Orleans the night Princess Di died. Remember that night very well.  Jim, someone I had just met with the group hanging out with, or "Bubba D. Licious"as he was famously known in Atlanta, yet to have a clue who they were talking about or even "why" he would be famous, even tried to make lite of it with a joke that fell flat/sorta didn't.

What did Princess Di say to Cunanan when she caught up with him (or maybe it was the other way around)?

"That Versace
you're wearing?"

Wasn't end the street party;
but took quite a while to get back to the point where we left off.

Except for that one joke, Princess Di was the one on every one's mind.

Seems they both had trouble living up to every one's expectations.

And Camilla just seems determined to enjoy a night at the theater.

Bubba D. Licious definitely worked harder for her money.  Got sixty bucks out of me one night without even trying.  Not even sure she noticed

Although just about the only night I ever met Bubble D. Licious out of drag, and I want to clarify.........he wasn't working that night,
still think of him as "Jim."

Just a very nice guy.

Still not sure why he's famous.

All for a good cause,
yes!

One hundred percent pure unselfishness!

I would say "no" to that.
Maybe  it started out that way in the beginning.

Attention is addicting.

"One thing I like about the Digital age: having the dictionary at my fingertips, how easy it is to look up unfamiliar words as I go along reading." "At least....... until, I played my first game of SCRABBLE on the internet. Wow! I had no idea you could spell so many words with seven letters every time." "Now I feel pressured to catch up!"
